1. Use of the site
You may browse, search, and share pages from this site for personal or commercial reference, provided you keep all attribution intact. You may not scrape the site at a rate that degrades service for other users, and you may not republish the directory in bulk without written permission.
2. Submissions
When you submit a business via /submit, you confirm either that (a) you are the founder and consent to your listing, or (b) you have the founder's permission to nominate them. We verify submissions before public listing and may decline any submission. We do not pay for submissions and we do not charge for listings.
3. Revenue figures & accuracy
Revenue numbers shown on this site are estimates derived from publicly available sources (founder posts, podcasts, news coverage) and the businesses' own marketing materials. They are not audited. A “Verified” tag means a third-party publication (e.g. WSJ, Forbes, TechCrunch) carried the figure; a “Self-reported” tag means it came from the founder directly. We do not warrant that any figure is current, accurate, or complete. Founders may update or correct their listing by emailing corrections@agenticartists.com.
4. Removal requests
Founders may request removal of their profile at any time. We honor verified requests within 14 days. Until removal, profile data remains in our archive backups for up to 30 additional days.
5. Third-party content
Founder photos are sourced from public profile-image CDNs (primarily Twitter). Quotes attributed to founders are reproduced from the original public source. We are not responsible for changes made to third-party content after we indexed it.
6. No warranty
The site is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgenticArtists and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County.
